Tools Required
- Drill with appropriate bits
- Level
- Measuring tape
- Phillips head screwdriver
- Silicone sealant and gun
- Screws and anchors (usually included)
- Soft cloth
Installation Steps
- Preparation: Begin by ensuring you have all components of the BLUE-SKY 3-door shower door. Lay them out and check them against the included parts list.
- Measure and Mark: Use a measuring tape to measure the width of your shower opening. Mark positions on the walls where the door frame will be secured.
- Install Wall Channels: Attach the channels to the shower walls using screws and anchors. Ensure that they are perfectly vertical using the level.
- Assemble Door Panels: Connect the door panels as instructed in the manual. Ensure the rollers or hinges are securely attached.
- Install the Frame: Fit the top and bottom tracks, ensuring they are level. These will hold the three panels in place.
- Secure Panels: Slide the door panels into the tracks starting with the middle panel, followed by the two side panels. Confirm they slide smoothly.
- Seal the Edges: Apply silicone sealant along the edges where the frame meets the shower wall to prevent water leakage.
- Final Adjustments: Check the door panels for alignment and make any necessary adjustments. Tighten screws and ensure all parts are firm and stable.
